New Old, LLC built our custom home for us. From the planning stages all the way through the construction of our home they were excellent and a joy to work with. When we interviewed builders we were looking for someone who built the type and size of home we wanted, but more importantly we were looking for a company who was trustworthy and respectful. Our experience with Troy and Mary Ludemann, the owners of New Old, LLC, was only positive. The house that they built for us is beautiful, well constructed and full of custom touches that they are so good at. We have lived in the house for almost a year now and we still love it and would choose this builder all over again.
